The construction of 82 apartments utilising a Hybrid SIP’S Panel system, which had a timber frame contract of £1M+.This development in 2019 won the Best UK Social Housing Development. A bonus for SO Modular was the extensive building performance evaluations showed there were ‘no performance gap’ within the whole project. Building performance tests were conducted by Built Test Solutions and included: Airtightness, U-Values, Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC), Co-heating and Smart HTC.
